as Noah, he was certainly the first naval architect and his ark first shipbuilding
based on a concept. Before him, primitive people were building boats to navigate
on rivers and lakes, but nothing makes us think that they had a concept or a design
for their constructions.
From the time of Noah "the engineer" until today the world has evolved immensely
and its needs have increased and diversified. In naval architecture nowadays,
we have rules and regulations based on hundreds of years of observations and reports.

registers. These create the boundaries where engineers imagination can develop.
